1-Shipping and Handling/Risk of Loss:

Shipment guidelines and rates

Product prices do not include shipping and handling, which will be separately stated at the time of order. Risk of loss or damage to Products in transit is yours. In the event of Product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 

a. Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped UPS (ground, 2-day, 3-day or standard next day), all international orders are shipped via US post office express (within 3 to 5 business days)

 b. Order Processing

All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

c. Shipping Restrictions

Terra New York e-boutique does not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-3 day express service). Terra New York e-boutique is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Terra New York e-boutique is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International Orders.

2-Taxes:

Prices do not include any sales, local or other similar taxes. Where applicable, taxes will be shown on and added to your invoice. All such taxes shall be paid by you.


3-Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.
